RAIN BAD CONNECTION
I am so over the lack of customer service with Rain . The wifi signal is so bad. When you log an issue with Rain you have to deal with (might i say) an arrogant chat bot that tells you that you are in arrears. If you are lucky to get through you have speak to someone from India or China or whatever from wherever, and your issue never gets resolved. I am working from home and my VPN connection keeps dropping. Rain does not have technicians, we are *****ed.
