Rain - bad, bad, bad, service. Pathetic.
Just pathetic bad admin! No words to describe their dealings with me, they do not know when you call about previous calls or communication, they make promises, but don't keep it and their admin is simply non-existent. 9 months after I cancelled the service, I am still getting a monthly bill for R10 000. They just have no admin capability . Bad, bad, bad service.
