I regret the moment I took out a 5G uncapped router from this service provider Rain, I wasn't happy with their network connection and speed. Decided to cancell my contract with them and they double charged me, debited twice on my account. I phoned to query, they said I will be refunded. It has been three weeks still waiting. No 1 contacting me or even email to say something, I'm the 1 calling with no luck of being refunded my money, instead they taking me back and fourth, saying their finance will fix it. I am not happy with Rain they are ******** honestly.

So please don't tell me about your policy, it is my money I work hard for.If you promise to send the courier guy with that money then I can make arrangements for collection. You wronged me so fix that 1st. My spouse went through a bad odeal with you guys a year back even today, it was never fixed. I don't trust you at all.
