Try finding a service contact number for these jokers on their website. Have had their so-called "Premium 5G" service for 3 months now and its been off for 3 weeks of those. Have speeds of 12k up and down. Have spent days trying to get hold of them via every route possible without success. Their business model is clearly - sell a product - don't back it up - thereby make money. Why didn't we all think of this?
