Rain
So I purchase the Rain WiFi package for R499 thinking it's closest to the best and most affordable. Plug and play they said. This damn thing worked for 3 hours after I put it on yesterday and then nothing connects. I could not do my work and none of our phones had WiFi. Then all of a sudden at about 19:00 connection is back. This morning everything seems fine log into my work, am able to work for freaking 15mins and it goes off again. When I purchase products ITS TO MAKE MY LIFE EASY NOT MORE FRUSTRATING! actually feel like cancelling after my 2nd day with this thing.

04 May 2022, 09:52Good day, I really don't want to do this again but I am getting no response from Rain nor are they answering the phone. I cancelled my WiFi with them on the 7th of April. I was told that they would come pick up their router at the end of the month which still hasn't happened and I was billed at the end of April as well. I have been holding on the line as I'm typing this for 10mins now with no answer. I have logged a ticket in the week and still no response please can someone come and collect the router asap!
