I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

Mr Mpumelelo Mphithikezi, whom has opted to return a call request I've logged yesterday the 2nd January 2024.

I had two question, one of which was for an existing product I have and other was for the new product..

Honestly, the retail customer service needs, humbled and professional people like Mr Mpumelelo Mphithikezi, this man has the right attitude in his job and will most likely achieve so much more with just the correct approach he has for clients.

The gentleman has a the necessary skill set and I assume experience to work with a diverse multi racial and cultural community and country as a whole.

His company Rain needs to know this as I have been dealt with ups and downs prior to his call but honestly he changed my mind and not only my mind, but I was left with a lesson I'm taking with me moving forward.

That not everyone will match your energy but everyone expect a type of energy whether positive or negative... The correct approach, will definitely give the best expected outcome.
