Rain at it again with horrible service

Rain is at it again, their conditions for Wi-Fi services clearly states that it’s not a contract and it can be cancelled at anytime but that’s not the case. I sent a mail online on the 23rd Jan 2023 requesting them to cancel the service I no longer require effective 31st Jan 2023. I got an email back that someone will be in contact and before that happens received another email asking for the reason for cancellation and that was it. Debit order went off as normal again I tried to reach out, I called several times where I will hold for more than 10 min until I give up. I’ve sent another email no response. All I want is for them to cancel the Wi-Fi service that I no longer require and return my money from the unauthorised debit they took because I’ve been paying in advance for service. I’ve packed the SIM card away to ensure it’s not used since the 1st of Feb. This is horrible service and they’ve really seen the last of me, last year I had the same encounter with them over a service they didn’t want to cancel I don’t understand why they keep doing this.
