You are throttling us again yet you over charged us. New customers pay R595 yet you charge us R740 for the same package and the service is poor. You are are ****en assholes!

05 Dec 2023, 19:12Current download speed is 11.72 Mbps since 12 noon up to now at 19:12 hrs. Upload speed is 6.72 Mbps. Rain will respond with the same old stupid line:
"We're really sorry your rain experience hasn't been as good as you expected.
We're going to get on this asap."
What's the point of paying 60 Mbps when we only get 11.72 Mbps download speed? I have requested for your R595 package but Rain prefer yo continue overcharging us whilst THROTTLING the service. The TV is freezing. Messages are delayed. This is daylight *******!!!
