RAIN asked me to do this review

I recently logged a complaint on the Rain app. As a reply, I received the following email: “Hey Corne, Thanks for the chat, I’m glad I could help! Before you get going, please could you spare a quick moment to add a review on Hello Peter about the helpful service you received? You can click here to write your review directly from WhatsApp. Happy internetting! Omisha rain South Africa Reference Number: *** Thanks, rain.”

So, at THEIR request, a review.

1.) The only way I seem to be able to log an issue in service, is through an app that requires the service to work. Hence, I am never able to tell them that their service is normally not working. 2.) EVERY TIME I try to log an issue, the app needs to do an update before I can use it. This I can’t do, because the service is down. 3.) The one time I managed to get the thing to log the issue, the only thing that happened, was that they sent me an email pretending that they have spoken to me and that the issue has been resolved, and asking me to review them on Hello Peter. Via the link they supp****…… For the record: NO OMISHA EVER SPOKE TO ME!!! I believe this incident sums up Rain pretty well. I am cancelling the service. My area is near the edge of their coverage, so I thought I’d try it. The problem is that my device allway has good,4g (like my service) signal to rain, but the connection goes dead after a couple of minutes. Resetting the device often helps. EVERYONE I know who has the service, complains about the same thing. Over the last month, the internet stops working EVERY NIGHT. Full connection, WhatsApp etc works, but no data. Network diagnostics show a strong connection to their network, but that their network doesn’t connect to the internet.

Now, I am sure some representative of Rains will respond to this with a very clever solution to why I have such severe service problems. They might even be able to solve it. The problem with Rain, is that you need to write a review on Hello Peter to get to talking to them.

Hard times for businesses, Rain does not deserve to survive
