RAIN as useless as they come

Worst ISP I have ever had the to deal with. 1. Service is useless. 2. Help desk agents useless. 3. "Internet" quality non existent 4.if a problem is being reported the script kept being read, try rebooting, change APN, change location, too far from tower (200 meters away by the way) ending up with the same result. 5. Agent telling me that 1mbps down and 9mbps up is normal (idiotic) Don't bother trying to fix this **** as fibre is 1-2months away - RAIN internet to be avoided at all costs and I will keep telling people to stay awY.
