Rain as pathetic as our government

initially I was happy with RAIN. But lately, I cannot connect to the internet 80% of the day. I have sent numerous e-mails, but it seems they have a shortage of toilet paper, since they simply assswipe with any e-mails. I get a reply with ticket number so and so, and that I will be contacted in 48 Hours. After that, nothing. I do not think they have the capacity to answer all the complaints. I trust No one will respond to this post either
