Rain as net ***
On the 9 of June I have requested for rain external router because the internal one is not giving strong signal and connection ,I was told I will be contacted within 3 day to arrange for delivery ,guess what till to date I was not contacted and every time I call to check on the progress all the agents they apologized and promised to call me back with feedback and it never happened ,

21 Jun 2023, 07:54I was promised that logistics team will contact me on Tuesday the 20th to make arrangement for my external router to be delivered on Thursday the 22and till today I have not received any call and I am worried if the Thursday delivery date will be met . Please contact me to tell me if you able to meet demand or not I need to make a decision If i continue with RAIN or not ***

27 Jun 2023, 10:20Morning , my Rain delivery finally arrived on the 27th of June , after waiting 19 since I have requested an outside router ...But Rain being Rain just take a guess ??? They brought a wrong order instead of an outside router they delivered the same inside the router I already have ..Something is not Lekker with Rain Company ...I am worried I might wait another 19 days for the correct router to be delivered ..now I was given this reference *** ....Very disappointed with this bad customer service
