Rain as a company

I ordered a rain 5G SIM card with extra 4G SIM cards on the 15 I only received my 4G SIM card and I was not notified that I will not be receiving the 5G SIM card because it's being festive season Andrew planning to stay indoors as we have to respect the current regulations I thought it would be a nice way to spend the holidays with reigns v G and I cancelled my previous contract with my service provider only to be told that the router was not gonna be delivered I don't know when I'm gonna get it and no one called me back I called the rain more than 25 times in the last 2 days cuz I to ask them to please activate the SIM card SIM card still not activated I still not had any correspondence on when I'm gonna get the 5G I even ask them if I can come to the warehouse to collect the router cuz I've already paid for it one of the agents told me that if I'm so frustrated I can go ahead and cancel the contract and yes the might be the cheapest but you getting what you paying for I mean cheap does not mean the best
