Rain - are you ******* instead of a service provider ?

As many complaints on this website about rain, I have the same complaint : My SIM has been removed (by me) more than a month ago yet I still money is taken out of my account without my permission and with Rain providing a service to me as I have no SIM (anymore)

There is no option to remove yourself as a customer, there is no option to remove your banking details, there is no one you can talk to.

Sending and reporting issues on the website is pointless as the idiots just point out that they bill you every month (even though you expressly state you no longer want / use their service) - see case number ***

This is in my point of view pure theft and rain should be investigated and found guilty as such.
