****** Rain are useless

Can we have a no star rating for this useless internet provider. The consultants are rude. My internet drops continuously. *** amounts to nothing. I have had little or no internet for over a month now. All one gets told is that this matter has been escalated. Not quite sure where it's been escalated to. Maybe into the stratosphere of storm clouds as this so called service provider should be called storm as it's just destructive as all it does is send my anxiety level soaring and my temper into another dimension. They just cannot get it right. I'm not a violent person by nature but seriously, the lack of service is going to drive me to drink. They are just simply useless and simply don't give a ****. We pay and we get nothing. I can time it by the clock. At 6.30pm if one is lucky to have any internet it crashes. Speed test amount to less than 0.2.. I know this comment will amount to nothing but at least I can have my say. So, Rain or storm or whatever you want to refer yourself prove me wrong. I challenge you. At the end of the day I'll still sit here watching a little circle on my laptop going round and round and round till eternity. It a ****** joke
