Rain are useless!!!
Rain are absolutely useless!!! I have a 4 Bar Signal on my Router BUT No Internet Connections…..for 14 DAYS now. I have contacted their “Support” 4 times. Firstly I get told that the Tower that feeds us is down……move the Router to another area kms away…same thing!!!! Secondly I get told that their Technicians are working on the problem ……come on…they cannot sort it out within 14 DAYS!! Absolutely hopeless!!!! I have obviously cancelled my Contract! Advice to anyone thinking of Rain……JUST DON’T!!!!!

05 Jul 2022, 08:30I have been trying with you people since 24th of June, when my Internet had been down for 2 days already!!! I have paid my for my Service until the end of the month…..hopefully I can get some Internet before then!!!! I have already cancelled my Contract which ends at the end July.
Just a heads up…..with pathetic service like this you will bleed customers!!

05 Jul 2022, 11:01Thanks for your response. I have tried moving the Router to other sites….I.e Uvongo as well Marina Beach…..it stays exactly the same….No Internet Connect!
