Rain are thieving my account

Everything went smooth with sign-up & first payment. Arrangement was no deductions off my account or card. I will EFT. They deduct without permission.this is *****ing. Everytime my salary isn't in yet & incurring cost to me. I've logged several calls. No feedback. I've phoned. No answer. I've tried to cancel the Sim. No joy. When I signed up the lady said I can get a device. I said no thank you. Then I phoned back and wanted a device, they said no, not included in my package. They're also trying to deduct R500 from my account, when I'm on the smaller package. I've had issues with connection while I was paid up to date. Logged a call. Nobody responds. Stay away from this company. I'm posting 1 reference number, but have 3.
