Rain are ******* with terrible service!

If there was a ZERO I’d give it to rain. First and foremost your service is a piece of ****!! You sent me a device that didn’t work for more than 4 days then gave me the run around about network towers being down in my area. when I informed you WEEKLY that the matter has not been resolved you still debited my account when you assured me you would not when I hadn’t had an internet connection for more than 3 days. *** now you’re giving me the run around trying to cancel and get my refund for money you STOLE!!!!it’s been weeks now when you assured me my payment would be done in 12 working days. Then last week you stated the matter has been escalated and some lady was supposed to expedite the issue so payment reflects in 24 hours.
