Rain Are *******....

There internet is great, the problem comes in when you cancele. Cancelled my supposed month by month service at the start of January, was told all sorted no further payments will be taken. First of February payment goes off account, email customer services, reply says sorry we will look into it and sort it out. First of March payment goes off yet again!!! Email customer services again. Still waiting for response.. I haven't used their service since January as I am out of the country for an extended time hence the cancellation.
