RAIN ARE *******!

Very unhappy with this service provider, they are blatant *******! They have taken ********** payments out of our business account not once but on 7 occasions even after cancelling their services. The reason we cancelled is that we had no connectivity at the best of times. The way the payment works is that they actually have a clone of your card and the payments go through as a card payment. By doing this the banks has a very hard time reversing this. Ive had to open a new business account. Rain does not care about their customers hard earned money. Your bank details are NOT safe with them. Rain are *******! Please pay me back my money!!!
