Rain are theives and will ***** money from its consumers!!

1 star is still too good of a rating for this pathetic thieving company!!! Rain is a theif... firstly they do not have any customer service in place... secondly they have debited my account even though I did not use it for the entirety of october... i got in contact with their support and the employee jut brushed it off like it was not her problem...I want my refund as rain has ********ly stole money from account!!!! They are the worst and I wouldn't suggest anyone to take out the service from them!!!!
