rain are the worst internet provider in the world!!!

Rain is the most unreliable useless internet provider it the world. Slow speed, no service support after 5 in the afternoon! I moved into an are with only 4G coverage and I had to get a 4G SIM card. It worked for a month or so and just stopped working. I had problems with this internet provider from day 1 and now I am told to wait up to 24 hours for them to resolve the problem. Who can be without internet (working from home) and who cover the loss of income? What a ****!!!!!
