RAIN ARE *****STERS ...

Rain still haven't respond to my complaint a few days ago. Their robot just sent that auto reply but nothing happened further. I requested them to cancel my month to month agreement which I was unable to use for 2 years and 2 months to date due to network coverage unavailable. I spoke to numerous of their utterly useless staff who all promised swift action and service and now I am in a 3rd week trying to get them to cancel their joke of a service and pick up their router. I NEED THE AUTHORITIES TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE *****STERS !!!
