Rain are *****ing our money! Need the law to come in and stop this company!

Ordered my 5G modem in May, got the modem installed, but could not activate it. Been debited 3 months now and still no internet.

Sent half a dozen emails through their service portals only got one returned saying query closed. Drove to their offices, Rain are no where to be found, guard at gate says hundreds of clients come looking for Rain saying they are paying for their contract but no service! Where is rain? Where is their customer service? Why are they taking money from people and not giving what they promised? Huge ads on tv TV!!! We need the law to come in and stop this company from robbing us!

Please don’t buy anything from Rain! And the biggest problem is I cannot even delete my credit card off their site!
