RAIN ARE ********

I initiated a service in JAN / FEB of this year. After verifying my location and the agent confirming the service would work, i purchased. The service never worked and I paid for it. Please stay away from Rain because they are ********. Please see below comms from the agent after numerous attempts to cancel the service:
