Rain are ********

I bought a Sim from rain and after a month of waiting I finally had to collect it myself as they couldn't deliver. My sister also bought her's after I received mine, and I warned her not to. This was in June, she got notification that it was with Ran just a few days after she placed tbe order. When she called Ram to make arrangements for collection, she was told Rain took the Simcard back. 2 months later she still has not received her simcard and no one from Rain has bothered to assist her.
