I have sent numerous emails to Rain Support, requesting that they cancel my subscription. This is after numerous emails asking for assistance as I have been unable to use the 5G service. I never got any assistance. Yet these ******** are still debiting from my back account every month. This is the most pathetic customer service I have come across. They're not reachable on telephone and they never respond to email queries. I want my money back because I never got to use any of their data, yet paying R699 monthly.
