I registered with RAIN Wifi i has to pay before i can use their service i received the sim card and they only activated me after I paid know they tell me I was using the servcice back dated and they want me to pay them while i wasnit using the service at all and they were suppose to refund me but they claim i use back dated *****S treathening me with lawyers
