Rain are ********s.

Biggest **** out. We took out a router last year. After a few months a sales person said they must upgrade our router to new Rain 1. They cancelled old contract and did new one. Then I was double billed for 3 months in a row. Now they say we cancelled and they turned our internet off saying we must pay their R595 to reactivate after they debited my account with over R700. I paid that they still did not reactivate saying that we paid for the past month now and we dont have credit facility with them. WHAT!!! Impossible to get hold of accounts or service department, total incompetance on their chat. The accounts totally dont reflect the right payments made. And whats worse all my staff got rain on my recommendation and EVERY one of them is being double billed monthly, going through the exact same thing. There is a major theft and ***** going on in Rain and they dont give a ****. Obviously ANC got their fingers in there now too. ******* to the core.
