Rain are ****mers!

I have only used rain for 2 months and have requested to cancel my month to month subscription but Rain however kept on billing me for over a year now which is totally unacceptable because the router was off and not in use they are a bunch of ****mers I totally would not recommend at all and keep in mind they want me to pay a fee of 300 rand just to cancel I would stay away from this company because this is daylight *******!!!!!!
