Rain are ****mers

Not only are they useless when it comes to network connection, now they are ****mers too. I have been billed twice in one month and they came with an excuse that I get billed post watching, which is utter BS. Then they said they will give me credit and it told them I don't want credit, I just want my money back, then they said in 10 days and 10 days passed and now there's no response to my email.
