Rain are fruadstars,stop debiting my account without my permission

****** ****mers Rain When I took this offer they told me its a month to month contract and can cancel anytime and I told them I don't want debit order,I prefer to pay them monthly they said it's possible they will send me link on the first of every month to pay,to my surprise they debit my account and i did not give them the permission and did not give them my banking details,they used same details I used when. I paid the R1 when I was buying this deal,they also told me the other 2 SIM cards have free 100 SMS and 100 free ,2 GB,minutes calls,but the SIM cards does not work ,I am very disappointed with you,you selling a lie,and it's difficult to get hold of your consultant they put me on hold forever everyday I tried to call,stop debiting my account I did not give the permission to do that ,I will report you if you do that again send me link on the first of each month as per our agreement.stoo this nonsense please otherwise I will cancel this
