Rain are **********

I cancelled my rain contract month end of November because I knew I wasn't going to use the network in December. Since the place I'm going to doesn't have rain network coverage. To my surprise today, I see a debit of R479 today. What nonsense is this, because rain is supposed to be a month to month contract. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this network. They are ********. I want my money back!!!!
