Rain are dishonest ******
Rain makes it impossible for me to cancel my So called subscription. I joined month to month. No contract signed. They are dishonest and the biggest ****** on the planet. Stay away from this company. They don't adhere to the consumer protection act of South Africa.

02 Nov 2023, 10:25You canselled my service after 1 month not paying because I could not get hold of you to cancel. Now you have racked up a huge bill for a service I don't get and don't use. You keep on charging me monthly for a service I don't get and don't use. This is *******. And yet it is impossible to get hold of you to cancel my So called monthly supsciption. You can not be reached in any shape or form. You dileberately do that to clients so it is impossible to cancel the so called monthly plan, which is not monthly but idefinate. I strongly advise anyone not to use rain ever!
