RAIN are daylight ******s ,with horrible service

I recently changed from the 4G package to the 5G because of the horrible coverage. I had stopped using the 4G and it clearly stated that I had 0 usage. But they deducted for both 4G( which I'm not using) and 5G for 2 consecutive months. And the consultants explanation was that I'm being billed for having me sim active. Imagine a service provider billing you for having the service available, thats some sick joke. From horrible coverage to the worst service.
