Rain are ******* and don't refund when they said the refund will be paid!!!! 😡😡😡

I have never had any issues with Rain since I am with them the past 5+ years. All I did was to upgrade my router in April this year only to find out they did not cancel the old one. They have been debiting me R1600+ since then till to date. Made so many calls for them to rectify the issue but still nothing. Eventually they said the matter is resolved, August the debit amount was correct. August I then took the Loop of which the amount is about R595 including the insurance. Today they debit me again R1600+. When I add it up Rain should actually only debit me R1300 for both routers. I am still waiting on my refund and now again to add another R300 to that refund. COME ON RAIN NO MAN. WHY ARE YOU ROBBING ME LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

And what about the money debited on the 1 May 2025, June And July 2025 I was double debited and was promised a refund for those 2 extra premiums. I was told I would receive the refund by 8 August 2025 latest, still nothing to date. Please advise when am I getting my refund.

No I don't agree with that. The reason why on the 25 May and June R500 was debited was because on the 2 May I had to make payment of R600+ because you disconnected my services even after you debited my account on the 25 April. There was then R1000 outstanding after the payment on 2 May. July the normal premium went through. Please show me how and where was this R1650 credited because I have all my promo of payments.

I'm still waiting for the proof of the R1650, please contact me to resolve this issue that is now dragging for the past 5 months now....come on Rain you can't keep *****ing from me and not call me man!!!!!!
