I’ve ended my subscription with Rain almost a year after I’ve had to complain and struggle with them for two months. Now after a year of not having a subscription with them they’re trying to bill me for it again second month in a row now where they want to bill me for a subscription I don’t have… I’m not sure what you’re trying to do here Rain but I have it documented that I struggled for two months to end my subscription and now you’re billing me for the second month in a row of me not having a subscription with you…

08 Feb 2024, 04:53After I’ve struggled with you last time, someone from rain has phoned me and got my address for where I use to live and the device was collected in March of 2023 around the end of the month… can’t remember the exact date, I don’t have the device as you’ve collected it and I’ve also not received the reversed funds that’s you said you’ll be paying back into my account.

I was contacted by someone at rain who asked for my address in a phone call, I gave this person my address and someone collected it the next day. The person who contacted me asked for my full name, email address and the first six numbers of my ID as confirmation of who I was. If the problem is at your end like it was from the beginning of all this you can’t just take money from me and think it’s okay to not pay it back. That’s called theft.

11 Feb 2024, 23:54Also your courriers CCD has contacted me where I have spoken to them and then sent me an email saying that they haven’t been able to get ahold of me when I responded on their email with screenshots of where I have received their calls, they blocked my email address. Again all of this is looking more and more like you’re *****ing money from people and trying your best to make it look like it’s not your fault.
