RAIN ARE A SHOWER!

We have used Rain as our internet provider for over 3 years. In May 2025 we wrote to them with a query relating to our bill. As at today (Sept 3rd) we have had no reply. Since then we have tried to contact them by phone and email and have only spoken to a Rain employee once. On 2 occasions we have received a holding message promising that they will contact us about our query. The latest was a few days ago and the previous occasion was about 2 weeks ago. No response. I tried to raise a complanit via the number shown on their website for this purpose and the employee who had taken the call had no idea how to raise a complaint. We will be moving from Rain after this expereince of complete non-service and recommend they rename themselves SHOWER.
