Rain are ******

I cancelled my rain subscription end of January 2026 and got written confirmation on the 3rd of February 2026 that it was cancelled. I paid them on the 25th of February 2026 as I was told that I still had to pay for February regardless of cancellation. I accepted and paid them. End of March they deducted money from my account and I have logged numerous complaints with them which have all been ignored. I am told its being escalated and no feedback. I called them yet again on Friday and was told that they see the error on their side, my account was not cancelled ( eventhough they sent me written confirmation that its cancelled on the 3rd of February 2026) however they still expect me to pay them although its their error and that they cannot refund me for the amount they deducted from my account. I haven't used their services since end of January by the way yet they refuse to cancel my subscription and refuse to refund me and still tell me that I must pay them. They dont even care that I am unemployed and can no longer afford the service. Rain is a **** and they are unfair. I will reach out to the highest bodies and consumer journalists until my case is attended to
