Rain are *******
To start with... They are a bunch of clowns, *********** to say the least!! I have canceled my service from them at the beginning of the year after I have spoken to five different people and they assured me it has been canceled. They have deducted money from my account without my consent and I have been struggling to get a refund, now they are trying to deduct money again!!! They can't pick up the phone on day and don't get back to me via email!! They are *******! Stay away from Rain please!!!

you can view your invoice on the rain app or site www.rain.co.za
As there is date usage you are liable for the outstanding amount

04 Dec 2023, 12:32I have made use of Rain for a month, paid R740.45 and R257.55 so how can I owe you any amount if I didn't use Rain after that... There's no way that I made use of any data after that because if I don't make a payment there is no data to use on the Rain Sim?

I'm getting tired of this now because you are still trying to deduct money from my account now every day!!! I can't make use of my own f### account because you are ***********!! I'm definitely not going to leave this here with Rain, for almost a year every time you try to deduct money from my account there's a fee and my money pays that fees, I'll make sure that you will be help responsible for that and my money back that doesn't belong to you!! How the f### can anyone owe you money if nobody can make use of your data without payment, does it make sense??? If I didn't make a payment then there were no data to be used...
