Rain are ******

So I have been trying cancel my subscription with Rain since February and I agreed to their nonsense of them deducting the following month after the cancellation. The cancellation has not been done until now. Considering that they delayed my cancellation they shouldn't have deducted the subscription for this month but they did. I should have stopped having the R740 from budget since March. I am a widow and a single and these guys have caused me so much stress.
