Rain Appalling service

The service I received from Rain was appalling, I returned a 5G router about a month ago I still haven’t received any refund from them, each time I call if I’m lucky enough to answered, I will be shunted from one person to the next, I am not convinced that people in there know what they are supposed to be doing. They are only good at making sure you get whatever they sell to you, the after sales service is ridiculous. I will never take anything from these guys!
