Rain Apalling Customer Service
I ordered data sim 9th April, courier services appointed by Rain the driver was rude, they couldn't hand me my SIM using my drivers card as I had lost my ID book. I notified Rain that getting a replacement ID will take a while so can they please refund me. To date my request has not been responded to by Rain.
