RAIN-*********** and Useless

We have always struggled with RAIN! But we have been without network for 7 days now only to be informed this morning that yes the tower is "down"! We pay for a 60mg line but are lucky if we get 4. The call centre is *********** and useless. They DO NOT know their product and will send you from pillar to post to avoid dealing with your problem or even attempting to assist. They cannot speak or even understand English! Don't ever expect to get a technician to assist. Been there, done that, it's goodbye to Rain from us!
