i have been without SIM connection for almost a week due to a consultant eventually advised on Sunday that a tower is out. No ETA can be given and still sitting without connection

at this the stories seems to be true as to why some service providers has moved away from your network as it seems to be unreliable, poor after sales services and absolutely no communication to customers what so ever.

to top it all off as well, you as RAIN will still bill me for a whole full month where loss of service was to due your systems operation abilities.

when will this be fixed as it is unexceptionable,
