RAIN AND THEIR UNATHORISED DEBIT ORDERS LONG AFTER CANCELLATION

I called rain and cancelled my service on 12.9.2022 I was told I need to pay R180 or so, such was pain and theSIM cancelled, they even fetched their device, but they still run debit orders or POS transaction on my account - I call them they say i owe the R499 few months later, long after the cancellation request and payment of the outstanding R180
