Rain and their lies

It's been 2 months since they send my issue to the billing department at still nothing everytime I call they either drop the phone or say they working on it, all they do is lie they don't wanna pay me back it's been 3 years already and they refuse to give my money back, even the people at the call center know they not gonna give it back cause all have different stories, these people are ******* that ***** money from their customers
