Rain and their hidden fees

If i could give zero stars i would because we had the worst experience with this internet network first of all you cannot get a hold of any agents in the call centre, they dont respond to emails or call back we were never told that if you dont use their network that you will be charged for the router that we didnt even use and debiting money from our account we never signed any contracts because this was suppose to be a month to month payment now we owe so much money for something we havent used , their network was so bad and we repeatedly tried to get hold of them after many attempts we decided to go with another network Rains customer service is the worst by far
