Rain and their false advertising.Raining Disappointments

Pathetic service is an extreme overstatement. My family has been "using" using Rain's (so-called) 5G service. It is disgustingly falsely marketed. NEVER has our internet connection speed even come remotely close to their marketed speeds. The 5G is totally unstable and even unreliable. Their 4G is marginally better reliability-wise and signal-strengthwise. Both are a disgrace. The concept is wonderful. About 1.5yrs ago we tried communicating with them, which was absolutely useless. The only reason we have continued to use their service is that we moved house and have not yet had the time to review the alternatives. Frankly, we are aware that many/most of the alternative service providers are also poor, some may be a touch better than Rain. They (including Rain) are an arrogant bunch of **** who react to subscribers as if the subscribers are idiots. Cannot wait for Elon Musk to roll out his internet connection to SA. I would relish telling Rain and others to take a running jump off a short pier.
