RAIN and their disgusting customer service and non functional network!!!!

I've been battling with my rain connection for almost 1 year now. When you call all the consultants can do is ask you to do all the troubleshooting nonsense I already know how to do. Still no internet connection. When they say they'll have the issue escalated, months go by with nobody following up or assisting. Their service is absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately I don't have fibre in my area so my only option is pathetic non functional Rain. Guess we live in SA where NOTHING works!
